Projects

Our projects are born from listening to the real needs of patients, their families and healthcare professionals.

With the support of those who place their trust in us, we carry out initiatives that improve the quality of life in hospital wards, facilitate access to treatment, promote professional training and strengthen the network of people facing illness every day.

Study grants

We support doctors, nurses and researchers through study grants to promote their training and ensure ever-improving standards of care.

Training for healthcare professionals

We fund master’s programmes, refresher courses and conferences for doctors, nurses and healthcare staff in oncohaematology wards, supporting them in their professional development.

Purchase of materials and diagnostic equipment

We provide essential equipment and medical supplies to the Bone Marrow Transplant Centre of the Policlinico and to the Oncohaematology Department of the Fatebenefratelli Hospital to improve the daily work of doctors and nurses and enhance patients’ quality of life during hospitalisation.

A portable ultrasound for the CTMO

How we purchased a portable ultrasound device to prevent risky transfers outside the sterile rooms for patients hospitalised in the Bone Marrow Transplant Centre of the Policlinico of Milan.

Reimbursement of patients’ transport expenses

We contribute, upon request, to reimbursing transport expenses for patients of the Bone Marrow Transplant Centre of the Policlinico and the Oncohaematology Department of the Fatebenefratelli Hospital who are undergoing treatment.

Patients’ wellbeing in hospital wards

Projects designed to help patients hospitalised in sterile rooms, experience their stay with greater serenity and stay connected with their loved ones.
